These terms govern use of machinery360.net, which provides maintenance plans for construction machinery. Using the site means accepting these terms.
2. Access to the service
Browsing maintenance plans is free and open, with no account. The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability; it may be interrupted for maintenance or development.
3. Nature of the information
Published intervals come from manufacturers' documentation where available, and from observed practice otherwise. Part of the content is proposed by users. The source is stated for each item.
4. Liability
Information is provided for guidance. Your machine's manufacturer manual prevails in all circumstances. Meridian Synergy SAS cannot be held liable for material damage, breakdown or loss of business resulting from applying information published here.
5. Private application
The companion application, on a separate subdomain, requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
6. Intellectual property
Content produced by Machinery360 is protected. Brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are named for reference, without affiliation or endorsement.
7. Personal data
Public browsing collects no personal data. For the application, data is processed by Meridian Synergy SAS; you have a right of access, rectification and deletion at contact@meridian-synergy.com.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change to reflect developments in the service or in regulation. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
